Founder
Timothy R. White has experience in all areas of workers’ compensation dispute resolution. He is licensed to practice in all Texas state courts. He has handled numerous hearings at SOAH, District Courts and BRCs/CCHs in all Texas field offices. He has achieved major victories for clients in District Court cases, Division Audit cases and Medical Contested Case Hearings.
Mr. White is a former Enforcement Attorney for the Texas Department of Insurance where his primary practice related to Division Audits, PRME cases, compliance cases and Agent Licensing disputes. Mr. White handled a large docket with the Department while also writing legislation and drafting Rules.
Camille Espey
Founder
Following admission to the State Bar in 1989, Ms. Espey began her legal career handling insurance defense matters at a law firm in Dallas, Texas. She expanded her practice to include defense of “old law” workers’ compensation claims in 1990, defending political subdivisions in in District Court cases and representing them before the Industrial Accident Board at Pre-Hearing Conferences.
Ms. Espey has also represented clients before the State Office of Administrative Hearings and the Texas Workforce Commission (formerly the Texas Employment Commission). Her practice includes representation of insurance carriers and employers in matters including Medical Contested Case Hearings, Subsequent Injury Fund reimbursement claims, subrogation claims, death claims, and employment discharge matters.
